1 Thessalonians 1:3 “We recall, in the presence of our God and Father, your work of faith, labor of love, and endurance of hope in our Lord Jesus Christ.”
As Christians, we are engaged in work. Our work will require labor and endurance. Faith, love, and hope are key in this. It is our faith in Jesus and His promises that will motivate us to work and will give us the right work to do. The labor that we put forth in this work must be out of love for it to be effective. And, it is our hope in the next life that will give us endurance to continue and finish our work.
